Instructions

  1. Details of a Model Quad Bike are shown on the accompanying drawing.
  2. Make and assemble the Project using the materials specified in the Parts List.
  3. Bond the Wheels (Part 5) to the axle of the gearbox.
  4. Design, make and attach, a suitable Front Wheel Support and Steering Mechanism for the model.
    (Note : 20% of the marks will be awarded for this section.)
  5. Complete, test and solder the Electric Circuit, so that the LED is lighting when the model is in reverse.
  6. Your Examination Number must be clearly engraved on the surface of the Battery Holder (Part 7) as indicated.
  7. Your completed project, clearly identified with your Examination Number, must be available to the visiting examiner along with the necessary testing equipment (battery or transformer).
