Metalwork - Projects - Photo Holder

The Photo Holder is a large piece to make and can be difficult in the Bench Vice due to its size when filing. It has to be made from a clear material for obvious reasons. Designs could be cut into the sides with a scroll saw to provide more decoration.
Bending of the Perspex uses a Strip Heater. It is a good idea to use a piece of thick cardboard to aid in the bending of the top section as it is hard to get a decent gap with a bend like this.
